2. What you can raise
- Problems with your account, sign-in or payments
- Content on the platform that you believe is unlawful, misleading or infringes your rights
- A certificate or document that someone issued in your name without authority
- Questions or requests about your personal data: access, correction, deletion, withdrawing consent, or naming a nominee
3. How to submit a complaint
Email docmintyofficial@gmail.com with the subject line "Grievance". Please include your registered email address, a clear description of the problem, any order or document ID, and how you would like it resolved.
4. How quickly we respond
- We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours.
- We aim to resolve it within 15 days of receiving it.
- We tell you the outcome and the reasons for it in writing.
5. If you are not satisfied
You may reply to say you disagree, and the complaint will be looked at again. You can also contact the National Consumer Helpline on 1915 or 1800-11-4000, or approach the appropriate consumer forum or authority under Indian law.
